PRICES/TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Subject to change without notice. Prices do not include any taxes or duties that the company is required by law to collect or any freight or shipping charges unless specified.

MINIMUM ORDER: There is a $100 minimum order on purchases.

TERMS: Upon approval, terms are Net 30 days from date of shipment unless agreed to otherwise in writing. Accounts overdue are
NOTIFICATION. New accounts are COD, cashiers check or credit card until credit is approved.

CREDIT RETURN POLICY: You may return all items that are part of our current catalog for a full credit to your account 30 days from
original invoice date. All credits must be used 30 days from issue date or be subject to forfeiture. All returns must have an RMA #
( Return Merchandise Authorization ) assigned prior to receiving. This # can be obtained by contacting any Holland Electronics Sales
Rep. Original invoice #, quantity, part #, and reason for return are required to issue an RMA #. All returns must have the RMA # clearly
written on the outside of the shipping box. All merchandise received without an RMA # will be refused and sent back to sender at their expense. Incoming freight is the responsibility of the sender. All returns must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. At
our discretion, restock fees or refusal of the credit will be applicable to all returns that are not received in resalable condition. This
credit return policy excludes all OEM products.

ADVANCE REPLACEMENT POLICY: Holland Electronics will advance replace any DOA active electronic part at our shipping expense within 7 days of invoice. Original method of shipment will be used for all advance replacements. Any changes to the method of shipment will be at the customer’s expense. Holland Electronics will not be responsible for duties or taxes for export shipments. Items found to be DOA from distributor stock are eligible for advance replacement 7 days from the date of the distributors invoice to their customer ( copy of invoice must be provided). An RMA # must be obtained prior to advance replacement of any item. If after receiving returned merchandise it is determined that the product was in fact not DOA, a charge for freight and any applicable packaging charges will be charged to your account. Credit card customers must sign a credit card authorization form authorizing Holland Electronics to charge their card if product is found to be in working order prior to advance replacements being shipped. This advance replacement policy excludes all OEM products.

REPAIRS: Must have an RMA # which can be obtained by calling your account representative. Product may be repaired/replaced at our discretion. Original invoice number, quantity, item number, and description of reason for return are required to issue an RMA. Incoming shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Merchandise and packaging materials must be in original factory condition if being returned for credit and restock charges may apply. The repair/credit will be subject to charges if signs of tampering or misuse are detected.

FINANCE CHARGE: 1.25% per month on all invoices over 30 days.

Customer will be charged $25.00 each time a check is returned.

Customer is responsible for any costs or fees necessary to collect past due accounts.

FREIGHT/SHORTAGES/DAMAGE: All material is sold Exworks shipping point unless otherwise negotiated. If shipment is damaged or is missing cartons, it must be signed for at the time of delivery with these notations. Internal carton shortages and damages must be reported to Holland Electronics within 72 hours of delivery. Failure to report damages and shortages in a timely manner may invalidate any claims.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are non-returnable.

WARRANTY: Holland Electronics offers a 90 day warranty on all products with the following exceptions:
• 5 year warranty on all head-end products
• 1 year warranty on all meters and distribution amplifiers
